Steven Curtis Chapman

Mom, Janet, Ron and I went to see Steven Curtis Chapman in concert this week and loved it!!  He's been one of my favorite artists for years and had not toured in awhile.  His band included his two 20-something sons, which had to be any father's pride and joy to share their love of music.  They played new versions of his original songs.  He has remained faithful through some difficult times, as he shared from his heart, and he made the audience feel like old friends.

It's defnitely amateur quality, but here is one of my favorite older songs with a new sound.

SPEECHLESS

Keeping the faith

Hey Auntie! Have you read his wife's book, "Choosing to See"? I just finished it - rather good. And I've always loved SCC as well. :-)

No I haven't read Mary Beth's book, but Aunt Barbara has and really appreciated it. She gave it to some friends who are going through a huge loss and recommended it to me as well. Will have to check into it.
