They are the creative idea from this Stampin' Up Demonstrator, and you can purchase the pre-cut package of 10. All you have to do is assemble to "wow" some trick-or-treaters this season. I have begun doing more paper projects, as I love seeing what you can do with some colored paper, scissors and double-sided tape. Happy Halloween!
