We've been having unseasonably hot temperatures in Southern California, where it's been over 95 degrees the past three days. I usually don't make this watermelon salad until summer has arrived, but it is the perfect side dish on a hot day.
This salad is super easy to make and everyone loves it!!
The recipe follows, but exact quantities of olive oil and vinegar can be adjusted to taste. Enjoy!
