Pockets Full of Birthday Gifts

This is one of the most creative birthday gifts I've ever seen!  Check out what you can do with
a shoe organizer hanging either on someone's door at home, dorm room or an office cubicle.

A friend at work, Kdy, bought this shoe organizer online and decorated it in such a fabulous way
that the birthday girl, Jeanne, felt extra special all day!!  But who wouldn't?
Not only is each pocket full of colorful and individually wrapped gifts,
but the handmade details at every level shout out H.A.P.P.Y. B.I.R.T.H.D.A.Y.!!

Here are some close up pictures of the pockets filled with gift cards, homemade sweets and candy.  Look at the fun color combinations of shredded confetti not only in each cellophane bag, but filling each pocket!

All you need is some cellophane bags (available at Michael's), colorful ribbon and paper.
Once you cut out tags and assemble, even a bag of pretzels looks festive and inviting.
**Another variation on this presentation is to buy the clear shoe pocket container**
...then all the colored confetti would be seen throughout on each pocket.

Kdy is an artist in making hand made cards and gift tags through Stampin' Up, and the birthday girl, Jeanne, teaches Stampin' Up card classes.  Here is Jeanne's blog if you're interested.

Betty, What a cute idea! And so creative! You work with some creative people (you being one of them). I looked at Jeannie's blog and saw the pics of her cubicle for her birthday. There was a group photo of her co-workers...where were you? Did you take the photo? Thanks for sharing.
